Return & Exchange Policy
SOMETHING’S WRONG WITH THE ITEM YOU RECEIVED?
Sometimes the item you received isn’t up to what you had in mind and that’s okay. We have return & exchange policy you can follow to help ease the procedure. Kindly read what you can and can’t do.
You found out the size you order doesn’t fit you? You may return and exchange it to other size or products. All you have to do is make sure the product tag is still on, inform us of this issue and send it back to us within 3 days after you receive the item, all shipping cost will be charged on customer. If the exchange items are not available at the current moment we will send you the online store credits that valid for 2 months.
Defect or wrong item, a supposedly new item has defect or receive a wrong item? Inform us immediately, provide necessary evidence and sent it back to us so we can check it again and exchange it with the proper item with no cost at all. Note that before you sent it back, make sure the tag is still on and you haven’t washed it. If we have no more stock on the right products, you may also return the products. We will give you full refund.
Sale items. Unfortunately no refund or exchange will be available for item you buy from Sale.
All items you bought on website can’t be exchange in any of our offline stores.
